Had to do a bunch of repairs on the E46. I had the car down for months and ended up performing more repairs than I had originally planned on. For now, all of the engine oil, power steering oil, and vacuum leaks are fixed. The car runs and drives like new now.
Here's the repair list:
-Replaced leaking oil pan gasket
-Replaced leaking valve cover gasket
-Replaced leaking cam sensor o-rings
-Replaced entire CCV system (valve plus all tubes)
-Replaced oil filter housing gasket and oil filter
-Replaced oil pressure and temperature sensors
-Replaced coolant temperature sensor
-Replaced broken motor mounts with (upgraded) M3 motor mounts
-Replaced intake manifold gasket
-Replaced fuel injector o-rings and filter baskets
-Replaced all deteriorated vacuum lines with silicone line.
-Replaced fuel filter
-Replaced lower control arms with (upgraded) E46 330i ZHP control arms
-Replaced all power steering lines and reservoir
-Replaced power steering pump
-Replaced alternator
-Replaced all heater hoses
-Replaced plastic coolant pipes
-Cleaned all old parts
