There are two ways to control your Amazon PPC budget. The first is through campaign level budgets and the second is through your bids.
We control our budgets by setting the overall account budget, and then set the ACoS targets to adjust our bids within that budget to make it profitable. If you adjust the bids to much though, you can lower your sales volume so much that it affects your top line. To combat this, you have to adjust both budgets to figure out what bid can still make the sales within the budget.
