Post Workout Smoothie Recipe:
Take 2 rice cakes and blend them. Now add one small banana and some ice cubes. Follow this with 1 scoop whey protein powder. Add some berries and top it off with water and blend. There you have it, our post workout smoothie is ready.

Lose Weight with My Low-Calorie Chicken Curry Recipe.
Macros per 250g chicken:
477 calories, 56g protein.
In a large pan on medium heat Add oil and follow that with cumin, green chilies, curry leaves and garlic.
Add your onions and ginger garlic paste and sauté that until it’s golden brown.
Next add grated tomatoes and green peas and let it cook for a few minutes.
Add your chicken to this and season it with salt. Don’t forget to add some spices. I like to use turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala and coriander powder. Let this cook for 20 minutes and give it a mix every now and then.
Once cooked, you can eat this with rice and a serving of veggies or you could eat it as it is.
