Today we are exploring the Ulysse Nardin Marine Chronometer Limited Edition. This is a limited edition of 250 pieces. This is a DLC coated stainless steel 41mm piece. It combines a versatile size with a large visual aesthetic. Across the wrist from lug to lug, it measures 47mm. The bracelet-strap combination, held by screws for extra security, makes this an easy watch to wear on a smaller wrist.

The strap is supple and tapers toward the buckle. The strap also features scallops on the underside of the strap, allowing heat and sweat to escape. The twin trigger deployment buckle is a combination of ceramic and titanium to increase durability and strength.

It features broad lugs that project outward from the case; they give the watch power despite its size. The case pays homage to historical models with the case shape, individual numbering plate, and coined bezel. The woven carbon fiber dial is blacked out with shocks of blue but features pearls of luminova, allowing readability in low light conditions. The date window features a cyclops magnifier.

A solid caseback covers a Ulysse Nardin caliber 26 based on a chronometer grade ETA2892A2. The caseback is engraved with the gold medal chronometer championships won by UN during its history. It is endowed with a 46 hour power reserve and 200m water resistance.
