(26 Feb 2017) Thousands of Russians took to the streets of Moscow on Sunday to mark the second anniversary of the killing of opposition leader Boris Nemtsov.
Nemtsov was a fierce critic of Russian President Vladimir Putin and his death in what appeared to be a contract killing sparked an outpouring of anger and fear from the beleaguered opposition movement.
The protest in Moscow was said to be the largest opposition gathering since a similar memorial march this time last year.
