Halloween 5 was shot in Salt Lake City, Utah with the trickiest scenes being Michael Myers (Don Shanks) being washed down the stream, which we shot in a roadside storm water drain and the Laundry Chute scene which was shot in 4 locations. Warehouse for all the scenes inside the laundry chute, set piece for Jamie climbing into the laundry chute, basement for the crash and Michael Myers starting to stab the chute and finally in the actual room of the house with a laundry chute door taped to the wall.
