脆皮斋烧鹅是一款用腐皮做成的素食。为什么叫斋烧鹅？原因是因为它金黄色的表皮如烧鹅般的脆皮一样，入口满嘴豆香味。自制脆皮斋烧鹅 ，材料简单，做法也不难，外焦里嫩，非常好吃！


材料 :
3大张 淡豆腐皮 （84cm x 52cm）

A.腌酱：
1茶匙 五香粉
1汤匙 白糖
半茶匙 白胡椒粉
半快 南乳 （加入少许汁）
1 汤匙 普通面粉 (更脆口）
1汤匙 酱油
1汤匙 素蚝油
1 茶匙 麻油
150毫升 温水


6支长竹枝(每片2枝)


温馨提示 ：-
1. 调好酱汁，试一试咸度，不同的酱油品牌的咸度都不一样。
2. 不可炸太久（稍微金黄就马上捞起），不然离锅后的腐皮就会变得太深颜色或焦色，这是因为酱料里有糖很容易焦。

Tips :-
1. Adjust the sauce and try the saltiness. Different brands of soy sauce have different saltiness.
2. Don't deep-fry for too long (just pick it up right away if it's golden brown), otherwise the tofu skin will become too dark or burnt after leaving the pan. This is because the sugar in the sauce will burn easily.
