Last hard workout before attending RKC England, 26th October in Guildford. This was round one using the 28, round two used 24, round three used 20, round four used 16.
1.5 mins rest between rounds. Very tough and brutal training. Prior to this got in 8 mins of continuous get ups with the 28, I think that's why I struggled on the presses during that first round.
