Welcome to Episode 7 of Training To Grow! This episode ill be eating whatever I want for a day!! My diet is pretty strict for the most part so you can only imaging that this was a very epic cheat day!
Plant Based Info: Plant-based or plant-forward eating patterns focus on foods primarily from plants. This includes not only fruits and vegetables, but also nuts, seeds, oils, whole grains, legumes, and beans. It doesn't mean that you are vegetarian or vegan and never eat meat or dairy.

•Only products from a chicken like eggs or chicken when i want which is like a few times a year on a vacation or times like this video!
