Easy dulce de leche recipe and procedure
arrange your cans in the pressure cooker and submerge it in water. Your water must be 2 inches above the cans. Put it in the stove and start the time after the pressure cooker starts to whistle. Let it in the pressure cooker for 30 minutes
I use the white alaska condensed milk, jersey condensed milk or angel condesed milk the red one is also good for making dulce de leche
If you do not have a presure cooker you can boil it for 4 hours. You just have to submerge the cans in the water and boil it for 4 hours to achieve the same result when pressurising for 30 minutes
