The Peripheral and A League of their own have both been cancelled by Amazon Prime video after previously being renewed. This comes a little over a month after the Amazon CEO had started asking Amazon Prime video about their spending. Jennifer Salke has previously been mentioned as more interested in saving reputations rather than the bottom line. Especially important to consider when much of this spending has gone towards expensive shows with little audience appeal, or to writers who never even made created anything for it.
