After the interviews have all been completed, it’s time for the hiring manager to facilitate a debrief session to ascertain how each candidate compares against the criteria for the open position and then ultimately against each other, as well as other considerations. This meeting is the manager’s tool for collecting and validating information so that they may make an informed decision.
