Samosa Quesadilla

Ingredients required
Chapathi 2 nos
Boiled potato 250 gm, chopped onions 100 gm
Chopped ginger 50 gm, chopped garlic 50 gm
Curry leaves few, green chili 1 no
Chopped Cilantro few, butter 1 medium cube
Green peas 100 gm, green chutney 4 Tbsp
Shredded cheese 100 gm
Kalonji 1 Tbsp, cumin seeds 1 Tbsp
Kasurimethi 1 Tbsp, black salt 1 tspoon
Coriander powder 1 Tbsp, amchur powder 1 Tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tspoon.
Method
Heat the pan on medium flame,add butter,kalonji,cumin seeds and saute. Add chopped garlic, ginger, green chili, curry leaves and saute. Add green peas and reduce the flame to low heat.
Add all the spice powders and mix well.Now add the boiled potatoes to it and mash well. Switch off the flame and keep aside.
Preheat the griller...
On the Chapathi spread 1 Tbsp of green chutney on the
Half side only, take 3 Tbsp of stuffing and spread evenly on the half side. Sprinkle chopped onion and shredded cheese. Fold the corners well and keep it on the griller for 5 mins. Tava frying is also an option. Remove from the grill,cut in half, sprinkle chopped Cilantro and onions, garnish with green chutney and ketchup.
