Hello my friends! Today I’d like to share with you all things POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome). I am a stay at home mama to a sweet baby girl, and wife to an amazing husband. I also have several chronic illnesses (see below). I am passionate about sharing my story to help those suffering like I do. I have a degree in health education and I am certified in nutrition, chronic disease, and health promotion.
