In this video I go through the process of installing the Revolver Tonneau cover from BAK Industries on a 2020 Chevy Silverado. The process was very easy and requires ~1.5 hr and very basic hand tools. The link below is to the latest version of the product; the X4s.

About three months after installing we had to replace the cover due to issues with the felt on the underside of the cover (as seen in the rolled up and underside shots) remaining adhered to the cover. BAK replaced the cover no questions and even upgraded the cover to the latest X4s. The latest cover corrects the issues with the felt adhesion and is a much better product. The experience working with BAK was great.
Overall with the seal position we do get some water in the front of the truck, but it is minimal. With a hard 1in rainfall, about 6-8 ounces of water enter the back of the cover (at the rear glass). There is also some water that enters the area at the seal to the tailgate, but it is also very minimal. The cover is not waterproof, but is is very water resistant and I think this result is pretty good. We may set up some cameras to tell exactly where the water is entering to try and seal better.
Overall this is an excellent product, easy installation, and great customer service!
