this mom and dad are already divorced and there is a dispute about how much back child support he owes which goes back to 2008. Dad is presenting evidence that he was sending Mom $900 a month using a check all the way back in 2008 going forward and he was able to produce, at least five copies to prove that in 2008 he was sending her these checks. Furthermore, he wants credit due to the fact that one of their kids lived with him from 2011 until the kid turned 18.
