Recipe:
Whiskey of choice - 1^3/4oz (Here I used a non-alcoholic 'whiskey')
Lemon juice - 1oz
Sugar syrup - 0.5oz
Aromatic bitters - 1 dash (optional - in this video I used 3 dashes as this was non alcoholic and vegan)
Chickpea juice from can - 1oz
Method:
Shake and strain in tin, place spring in tin to help with aeration and whipping egg white alternative
Garnish:
Orange wedge.
The chickpea juice from the can work like a vegan alternative to egg white. Whether a vegan or do not enjoy the thought of an egg in your drink, this is a great option. This does not impact the flavour heavily, mainly the texture of the drive. Allowing for a much smoother, velvety smooth taste on the palate.
