An incredible recipe with chicken. A delicious dish that surprised everyone. We will need only a chicken thighs and orange juice. A traditional dish that everyone loved. This dish is so delicious that even grandma was delighted.
Ingredients for 2 people:
4 chicken thighs
2 garlic cloves
1 onion
2 carrots
1 tomato
500ml orange juice
1 teaspoon oregano
1 bay leaf
Orange zest
Salt and black pepper
Vegetable oil
Cook the chicken thighs over high heat for about 1 minute for each side. Then, remove it from the pan an reserve it. Add the garlic clove, the onion, the carrots, the bay leaf and season. Cook all the ingredientes over low heat for about 20 minutes.
In the same pan, agregate the tomato and cook for about 10 minutes more. Put the teaspoon of oregano and the orange juice. Stir and cook all the ingredientes briefly. Add orange zest and stir to integrate it. Add the chicken thighs. Cook all the ingredients for about 30 minutes and then serve it.
