The construction sector is responsible for 10% of all greenhouse gas #emissions globally. Decarbonising materials such as #concrete and #cement is needed to reduce this #carbon footprint. On 24 March 2022, the Programme for Energy Efficiency in Buildings (PEEB) organised a webinar on how to tackle #embodiedcarbon. The webinar was organized in cooperation with ABC21, ACT initiative and GlobalABC, with the participation of experts from industry, academia and international organisations:
