Charla Lauriston is a Haitian stand-up comedian, TV writer, and director. Based in Vancouver and Los Angeles, Charla most recently wrote for Grand Crew on NBC. She's also written for The Last OG and People of Earth on TBS, Ghosted on FOX, and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt and Hoops on Netflix. She's performed live with Team Coco and Jonathan Van Ness. She's the host of The Werking Writer Podcast and The Secret Lives of Black Women Podcast, and she's the proud mother of a sassy terrier poodle named Furnando.
