Hear the story of Liverpool MMA star Shem Rock. After getting into trouble with the law during his teenage years & being accused of a crime he didn't commit, Shem fled to Thailand where he fell in love with Brazilian jiu-jitsu, before going to Malaysia and finding a coach that put him on the straight and narrow - leading him to win professional titles in the sport. But as he grew more successful, his past started to catch up with him. This is his story of how he dealt with that adversity, battling with his past to training with the likes of Paddy Pimblett on his way to being signed by Oktagon.
