Ingredients
1lb mutton
Red chili powder
Turmeric powder
Salt
Cumin powder
Coriander powder
Green chili
Cilantro
Coconut flakes
Almonds
Peanuts
Yogurt
Ginger garlic paste
Oil for cooking
1 big fried onion
Garam masala powder
Method
First marinate the meat by adding ginger garlic paste , red chili powder turmeric powder cumin and coriander powder garam masala powder salt and yogurt and mix well and set aside
Secondly roast all almonds coconut flakes and peanuts step by step
After that blend altogether with fried onion
Make into a fine paste
Set aside in another pan add oil and add meat to it and cook it on medium low flame with the cover on for 45 mins ( keep stirring in between)
After words when the meat is done add masala paste into it and stir constantly for 30 mins and then add little bit water leave on low flame and after 15 to 20 mins garnish with green chili and cilantro but let cook for more 10 mins
