Rhian's talk opens with the original animation 'Cogs', created by M&C Saatchi Sydney for the global launch of AIME (Australian Indigenous Mentoring Experience). As an Associate Designer with AIME, Rhian reinforces the message of the animation by highlighting the leadership role young people have in making meaningful change, particularly in the area of educational equality.
Rhian showcases the opportunity to connect disadvantaged and marginalised high school students with voluntary mentors from the university sector. These partnerships focus on genuine human connections, with mentees and mentors learning from each other to reach their potential.
Through commitment, sharing of knowledge and a willingness to step outside of our comfort zone, a bridge is built for meaningful, lifelong learning to take place.

Rhian Miller is a proud Wirangu, Narrunga and Wangkathaa woman. She was part of the AIME program as a Mentee and since then has transitioned through the organisation as a Program Manager, Puppeteer and Global Pilot Director.
