Bosnian Serbs have shelled the same site in Tuzla where they killed 71 people and wounded more than 150 others in an attack on Thursday evening.
Eight large artillery shells slammed into a cafe-lined promenade area early on Sunday morning, killing one middle-aged man .
The area which had been packed with young people on Thursday was largely deserted when shells fell again on Sunday.
A man was waiting at a bus shelter when the Serb shells struck, he was decapitated.
Another person was seriously wounded by shrapnel from the shell that destroyed this kiosk.
All that was left was a packet of cigarettes - bought moments before - and the crater left by the bomb.
Eight shells were aimed at the same area Bosnian Serbs hit last Thursday with a cluster bomb killing more than 70 people and injuring 151. It was one of the worst civilian massacres of the entire war.
Today ( Sunday) relatives were supposed to fix a time to bury their dead but in this so-called UN 'safe-area' no one is venturing out, the streets remain empty.
