Energise your day with this 15-minute SENSUAL vinyasa yoga flow. Where we will be tapping into our SENSES and feeling our way through our practice and embodying our attention. This is a perfect practice for before work in the morning or to help you let some steam off after a long day.
This 15 minute all levels sequence is even great to supplement other forms of exercise to help with stiffness and tightness. It'll help you stretch out your body from head to toe in a very fun and easy way.
This class is great for beginners and doesn't require any props. I'd recommend find a space for yourself thats quiet and focus on embodying your attention. So feel into your senses are you move through your 15 min yoga practice.
Give the thinking mind a break and relax the body. Let go of anything you don’t need and reconnect with your inner stillness
