Whole swathes of MPs are meeting the PM right now in Downing Street urging him to resign, but Boris Johnson vows to keep going and remain as Prime Minister.

This all smacks of the demise of Margaret Thatcher who said she would fight on, but similar meetings in 10 Downing Street, forced the Prime Minister from office in less than 4 weeks.
