😎Sun glasses may make you look cool as fuck during the day but they're stopping your internal clock from processing light changes & messing up your internal clock! I *only wear them if I'm driving & the setting sun is impeding my ability to factually see.

👣 You need to have your bare feet on the unobstructed ground for the grounding benefits mentioned, this can be grass/dirt/sand/rocks that are covering dirt.
