Here’s why it might go off:
1. Power Outages: If electricity cut-offs last too long, the alarm will notify you.
2. Overloading with Fresh Food: Adding too much fresh food to the freezer can trigger the alarm.
3. When the alarm goes off due to rising temperatures, it will turn off automatically once the fridge returns to its preset cooling temperature. To silence the alarm immediately, simply press the alarm button.
Additionally, the alarm will sound if:
- The fridge door is left open for more than 120 seconds.
- The freezer door is left open for more than 60 seconds.
- To avoid this, always ensure the doors are properly closed after use.
