Many years ago I purchased Chinese chestnut trees from the forestry department. They arrived as tiny bareroot sticks. Finally for the first time ever, we are harvesting chestnuts at Forever Foods Farm. Granted it is a small harvest but enough to explore some chestnut fun in the kitchen.
