Fried Chicken Sandwich:
Ingredients
Chicken breasts boneless 2
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Mustard paste ½ tsp
Ingredients for batter
Flour 2 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Egg 1
Baking powder ½ tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Black pepper ¼ tsp
Water as required
Burger buns 2
Iceberg lettuce finely sliced ½ cup
Cabbage ½ cup
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Butter 2tbsp
Puck spread 2tbsp
Method
Marinate chicken breast with salt, pepper, mustard for 15 mins, dip in prepared batter, deep fry for 7-8 mins till light golden, remove, cut bun in half, spread with butter and mayonnaise, top with fried chicken fillet, then salad mixed with mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup, top with bun and serve with fries
Chicken Biryani :
Ingredients
Boiled rice 750 gm
Chicken 12 pieces 1 kg
Brown onion 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Yogurt 1- ½ cup
Green chilies 8
Black cumin seeds 1 tsp
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Green cardamom grinded ½ tsp
Clarified butter 4 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Milk ¼ cup
Mint leaves ½ bunch
Method
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste with chicken, fry for 5 mins, add yogurt, brown onion and salt, cook it starts boiling, lower flame, cover and cook till chicken tender and brown, add 1 tsp black cumin or caraway seeds, green chilies and remove from heat, boil water in a pan with salt, 1 tsp black cumin, add rice, cook till ¾ done, drain in a large pan add ghee, spread a layer of rice then chicken mixture, sprinkle green cardamom powder, mint leaves, spread with half remaining rice, remaining 2 tbsp ghee, cover with lid, cook on dum for 20 mins.
