Jackery customer support has always been both available and helpful, so fingers crossed for resolution to 110v charging issue.

3-11-23 Saturday 10:15 AM: I located my extended warranty and product info and sent to Jackery support.. I am recalling my BLUETTI customer support where it was several business days before I received an e-mail response.

If the provided AC adapter isn’t working
You can test the Jackery power station by connecting it to the included car charging cable from the Jackery DC output port to the Jackery input port to see if the screen is displaying any input wattage. Please make sure that the DC power button is turned on and the indicator light is lit. If this is functioning properly, it means your AC adapter needs to be replaced and not the unit itself.
When to RESET your power station
RESET is used for troubleshooting when you find your power station is having issues. RESET is NOT recommended for frequent use, especially when your power station is NOT diagnosed with any issue. If the RESET feature does not resolve the issues with your unit, please contact Jackery for further assistance.
RESET for different power station models:
For power stations that are 1000W or smaller, such as Explorer 160, 240, 300, 500, 550, 880 and 1000 (not the Pro), please press and hold down the Display button for 10 seconds to reset the power station.

Your request for a replacement has been processed. You will receive a prepaid return label in the next 24 to 48 hours via email, please remove ALL of the original labels/stickers on the outside of the box before printing/attaching the return label then drop it off at any FedEx location.
As soon as we receive your defective unit back at our warehouse in CA, we will send you a brand new replacement. If you need an updated tracking no. for your replacement, you can always send us a reminder text message after the receipt of your return and we will gladly provide you with that info once our system has been updated by our shipping dept.
Then we recommend you track the shipping status and take the estimated time for reference on the Carrier's website. The shipping time depends on the shipping address on your order. Usually, it will take 3 - 7 business days to complete delivery.
