Archbishop emeritus Desmond Tutu spoke at the Public Health Awareness Series at Symphony Hall, Springfield, MA on April 20, 2010 after receiving an honorary doctorate.
Dr. Robles was also to receive an honorary doctorate but could not be in Springfield because of the ash cloud.
He received his degree a few months later
