Getting pre-qualified is the first step in beginning the home buying process. A qualified Home Loan Officer will go over a couple of items which will then let you know how much of a home loan you qualify for and more importantly, what payment you will be most comfortable with. The Loan Officer will then explain to you how your credit works and whether you need to do anything to put you in a better buying position. This Pre-Qualification letter is a must when submitting an offer for a home for it shows you qualify for a home loan to purchase!

Things the Loan Officer will want to see:
Taxes, Income Statements, Pay Stubs, and Bank Statements.
