Rice flour- 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chilli Powder- 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder- 1 tsp
Chaat masala- 1 tsp
Hing- 1\2 tsp
Baking Soda- 1\4 tsp
water (as required)
Sufficient Oil to fry !
