The pressure of "having to be" ok.
Even if they do not feel ok, they "have to" because if not, they are just ungrateful and unfair.
𝗬𝗲𝘁, 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂, 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗻𝘅𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀, 𝘀𝗮𝗱, 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹, 𝗳𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱.

Reserve some space for you to ventilate, a place where everything is allowed, where you can say something "wrong" without the fear of being shut down or worse, hearing "don't exaggerate" or "you are doing ok, there are lots of people doing worse than you." You know some people are doing worse than you; but it is the way you feel and want to be seen and heard.
𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗮 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀, 𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗸, 𝗮𝗻𝘅𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆, 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻.
I want you to know I hear you. I see you. I know how difficult it is to put a smiling or brave face on others and look yourself in the mirror at the end of the day and only want to cry because you feel tired and not comprehended.
Prevent depression and anxiety. Allow yourself to be seen. To be heard. And to be comforted.
