Riding San Diego Trolley Blue Line Southbound (train model: Siemens S700) from Westfield UTC near University of California San Diego to Santa Fe Station in Downtown San Diego. San Diego Trolley Blue Line is operated by the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS). Trolley Blue Line is the first longest rail line (26.3 miles or 42.3 kilometre) and busiest in the San Diego Trolley System.

This train journey starts at the Westfield UTC Outdoor Mall in northern San Diego. Westfield UTC is an outdoor mall that includes retailers and restaurants. In addition, there is a transit center (transfer to MTS Bus or NCDA BREEZE Bus). Near the outdoor mall is the University of California San Diego (UCSD). The Trolley travels through UCSD and travels south, passing by Old Town Transit Center, SeaWorld San Diego (transfer to MTS Bus Route 8 or 9 on Old Town TC), Little Italy and Downtown San Diego. The Blue Line continue south of San Diego and terminates at the border of San Diego and Tijuana Mexico.
