Jomtien Pattaya Beach gets very hot at this time of the year. It's best to stay inside during the day as it cools off into the evenings. I visited the Cafe Le Mar Restaurant in the afternoon and filmed a little of the beach during the sizzling heat. Jomtien is a great place to live and is only a short distance from Pattaya City.
