Dear friends today we will be making lotus biscoff cheesecake. This is very easy to make and it's lovely and taste. Please note that these are real videos and if all steps are followed excellent product will be produced. So let's start
Ingredients for no-bake Lotus biscoff cheesecake
250g Lotus biscuits
90 g of butter
160g cream cheese
200g mascarpone cheese
4 tbsp sugar powder
90 g lotus spread
200ml double cream
Method For No Bake Lotus Bischoff Cheesecake:
In a food processor we will add Lotus Biscuits and process until finely crushed biscuits now add 90g of unsalted melted butter and mix them properly.
Take 23cm of baking dish spread the biscuits mixture evenly and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
In a mixing bowl first we will add 200 Ml double cream and 4 Tbsp of powdered Sugar and mix them for 30 Seconds. Then we will add 200g of Mascarpone Cheese and 165g of Cream Cheese and beat them approximately 1 minute. Now add 100g of Lotus Spread and mix well with spatula.
Now pour all the mixture on the top of the biscuits base and level the cream mixture. Now add melted Lotus biscoff spread on the top of cream cheese mixture evenly.
Let it rest in the fridge for 6 hours. Open the baking dish after six hours.
Please use a knife to separate the Lotus spread wifrom baking pan if required.
Garnish with some crushed lotus biscuits.
