Today is the second day of my Gout Attack thats occuring on my right ankle. My right ankle has been getting Gout Attacks for the past 6 months, and I have had atleast 5 Gout Attacks on my ankle in the past 6 months.

I woke up yesterday with soreness in my lower calfs, and I immdiately knew this was an onset of another gout attack. Being 33 years old, with an active lifestyle and fairly clean diet, it amazes me and makes me wonder why I still get these attacks!

Here are some facts about me:
Age: Born Feb, 1986
Weight: 72.5 Kgs - 160 lbs
Height: 5'6''
Race: Asian (Nepal)
Bodytype: Athletic (Fit)
Lifestyle: Active (Workout 4-5 days a week, intense crossfit/weights)
Diet: Fairly Clean, I Don't consume Alcohol
Medication: Febuxostat 40 mg

Triggers for my gout: In the past few years I have identified certain triggers that start my Gout Attack;

1. Kidney Beans
2. Alcohol
3. Sugary foods
4. Yeast (Baked goods)
5. Dehydration

But I think the ranking of my trigger needs to be adjusted and my realization is that Dehydration or lack of water intake is probably the reason I am getting these attacks.

I have started a quest to find some answers on how my body can get rid of the uric acid so that I don't get these attacks again. I am experimenting with some Ayurvedic supplements that help clense the system or toxins, and I will let you guys know if it works.

There are many videos online giving us explainations on why Gout Attacks happen, but the real cause seems to be missing. Some suggest Kidney Disease, Heart Disease, Cancer etc. So I wanna find out how and why this is actually happening.
