Home made marshmallows and so easy to make ????....this is the first time I’ve tried this recipe and it’s soooooo easy to make and it’s foolproof !!!...it just can’t go wrong !!!....these turn out better than the store bought ones !!!

Ingredients :
3 tbsps gelatin powder
⅓ cup sweetener (xylitol/erythritol/stevia)
1 cup of water divided into 2
1-2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional : 3-4 drops food colouring according to the color you want the marshmallows to turn out
