Ingredients:
4 cups milk
2 tbsp ghee
2 tbsp almonds
2 tbsp pistachios
2 tbsp cashews
1 ½ tbsp golden raisin
7-8 dates
2 tbsp ghee
35-gm vermicelli
½ cup condensed milk
1 tbsp sugar
3 pods cardamom
1 tsp kewra or rose water
Instructions:
1. Pour milk in a large pot
2. Cook milk for 10 minutes on medium-high heat until boil
3. Stir the milk continuously
4. In a pan, add ghee and toss in golden raisins, soaked and sliced almonds, pistachios, and cashews
5. Roast for 1-2 minutes until fragrant
6. Stir in sliced dates and remove from heat
7. Add ghee to a clear pan
8. Roast for 2 minutes until light brown on low heat
9. Warm up the pot with milk and mix in the shemai and roasted nuts and raisins
10. Cook for 8-10 minutes on medium heat
11. Stir in condensed milk, sugar, cardamom, and kewra or rose water
12. Ready to enjoy!
