A very basic overview of how pond filters work.

Here's just some of the different filters and ponds that I've built in my backyard (sometimes front yard).

Dream pond (my largest pond) - [ Ссылка ] This pond has two large bog filters, a long stream and an intake bay. The above playlist will show how I put it all together, the materials I used, the plants and gardens and how its matured overtime.

Courtyard pond- [ Ссылка ] This one has the bog in a barrel, and a small DIY skimmer. The above video is a good overview on how it was built and how its matured.

Small goldfish pond- [ Ссылка ] another bog in a barrel. This originally had no filter and the water went green. Added the bog and it went clear within 2 weeks and stayed that way.

No pump wine barrel pond- [ Ссылка ] Experimenting with no pump filtering.

Fish pond and stream- [ Ссылка ] This one has a bog filter built into the stream.
