In this video, we use a short clip from a church of Christ sermon to illustrate the obvious works-based false gospel this counterfeit church teaches. The false prophets of the churches of Christ will blatantly twist Scripture in order to teach their false plan of salvation which glorifies their own works of righteousness while denying the sufficiency of the finished, redemptive work of Jesus Christ. Specifically, we see in this video how a false prophet through the twisting of God's Word can use verses like Ephesians 2:8-9 and John 3:14-16 to teach a works-based false gospel to the poor sheep of their congregation. My prayers are for this video to reach those confused by the church of Christ's false gospel (like most of the members of this congregation listening to this sermon) and that the Light of the true gospel be revealed to them. I trust the Spirit to guide into truth those with eyes to see and ears to hear within this congregation and others like it. Amen.
