About a month ago, I spent a few days in the holy city of Varanasi. It's a place that I've wanted to go to for several years, and it was fantastic to finally put a plan into action.

The city is mesmerising. Despite being chaotic, dirty and crowded, it is overwhelmingly beautiful and intriguing. It takes a while to get used to, but only until you find your "Varanasi Rhythm".

I spent hours and hours walking through the alleys, strolling the ghats and floating on the river. But I probably saw 1/1000th of the things that are there to see in this city. This video offers a few glimpses into the sights and events from my time there.

It's a city that I will definitely be going back to.
