Peperonata is a classic Southern Italian dish made with red bell peppers, capers, olives, and of course Olive Oil. My nonna used to make it every time my brother and I were going for lunch...such a treat! You can serve it as a side or a main dish with some amazing crusty Sourdough Bread.
