All I wanted to do was make an exchange for an overpriced $30 power cord and immediately the run around and rudeness started. For being the richest company in the world, you would think customer service would be top notch and they'd be glad to help you out but that's definitely not the case. Instead they try to make you leave by intimidating you. One after another they all got in my face confronting me, especially the big guy. I'm absolutely finished with Apple products. Rude and aggressive employees is completely unacceptable. This isn't the first time workers at an Apple store treated me like garbage and this time I wasn't just going to walk away. Please don't support this company.
Oh and by the way, Apple DOES NOT HAVE A WAY TO EMAIL THEM which is why I'm posting this video. I didn't wanna go this route but I have to.
