It's been two months since my last video, which described my distal radius fracture and surgery. In this video, I'm sharing an update on my progress along with the wrist and hand exercises that my doctor and physical therapy had me work on. This has been a very painful journey, but grateful to have 80% of my mobility back. It's important to celebrate every small win along the way.
