To keep things in perspective...obviously they aren’t useless...this video is discussing the study in which a group of people did multi joint exceed uses and another group did multijoint + single joint. The results were that the multi + single saw no additional strength and size versus the multi joint group. At the end of the day...do what you enjoy. With that said, if time efficiency in the gym is key...hit 100 birds with one stone, ya feel me?
