Bath Somerset Spa weekend - come with us to Bath UK for a weekend of sightseeing and some much needed pampering to recover!
We started our long list of what to do in Bath England with a walking tour, but not before a spot of lunch at Hall and Woodhouse – even though their rooftop terrace was closed due to the weather!
We explored the streets which have been showcased in both Bridgerton and Jane Austen adaptations, taking in both The Royal Crescent and The Circus Bath. However this was the prelude to the highlight of the Bath attractions – The Roman Baths and following our tour, we continued to explore taking in the famous Sally Lunn’s teahouse – home to original Bath Bun!
With no shortage of options of Bath hotels, we opted to stay at Bath Apex Hotel as a mid range option. However wait to see in our video for our recommendation on where to stay in Bath as the ultimate indulgence!
That evening with headed for dinner in the historic cellars at the award winning Italian restaurant, Sotto Sotto on the Bath Parade Gardens. We then ended the evening at the characterful venue of The Botanist Bath – the new home to the First Dates restaurant!
We were up early the following morning to experience the extremely popular Thermae Spa Bath with it’s rooftop pool. Afterwards we took in the remaining things to see in Bath, Somerset including Bath Abbey and walk over Pulteney Bridge to the River Avon.
