Ingredients:-
6 Chicken legs
For the Paste - 1 Onion, 1 Bell Pepper, 1 Red chilli, Cilantro, 5 cloves of garlic, 2 Bay leaves, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, Salt, 1/2 tablespoons Red Paprika, 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder, 1/2 tablespoon Indian spice blend ( cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, cumin, star anise), 1/4 tablespoon turmeric powder .
Process:- Make the paste then marinate the chicken legs. Burn a charcoal then apply melted butter on it to generate smoke . Keep it inside chicken container and cover it with lid alteast for 30 minutes.
Apply some oil on a hot grill pad or pan then fry the chicken leg until brown.
Sprinkle peri peri powder on top of the chicken legs and serve hot with Mayo or sauce.
